H1B visa processing time

Hi All...

My employer filed my new H1B visa in the Month of May 2012.Still the status showing as below.When Can I expect the approval from USCIS.

On May 8, 2012, we received this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice.

My application was accepted on 1st May and the status is same. I guess, we have to wait, hopefully the approval will come this month.
