Hi ,
I came to US for a project for 5 months.Now I feel like staying back and transfer my H1 visa to consultant.My company is not giving me the pay stubs . They pay us as per-diem and the only place i show is in bank statement.
Can any tell me , Pay stub are mandatory? if yes then how do i transfer my H1.
