Need some help on H1b visa. My fresh H1b was initiated on feb 2007,filed in April 2007 and it was valid from OCT,2007 to Jun 2010.
I was in USA for only 5 months from dec 2008 to MAy 2009.I didn't file for extension and my visa got expired .
I am joining a new organization from oct 2012.Want to get my H1B filed.
1st option is they can file new H1b in April 2013..
Is there any way they can initiate my H1b in oct 2012 as I havent completed 6 years in USA earlier(and cap was reached in June 2012)
If yes, whats the process.Kindly guide.
