Can a wome wih H1B visa can get pregnant and work there until the child is born.

Im holding H1B visa and planned to travel with my Husband (who holds H4 visa).We are also planning for baby.
Is there is any restriction in US for me to get pregnant and work there? also am I eligible for extension henceforth after my delivery?
Kindly plz let me know for any concerns regarding this!!!!
