New VISA Appointment system

I am planing to go for H1B interview on first week of oct & as per news US Embassy declared new VISA appointment process and one of website link which can be used further to get appointment but i still see nothing on that web :-(

does it mean VFS no longer will be used to get appointment ! i have checked that website and they are providing interview available date till 25/09 bcoz from 26/09 new system will be in place.

please provide any news or inputs you have on new system.
