Hello all!
We have a valid H1-B visa up-to Jan 2013. This is the extended visa period. The first visa for 3 years expired in 2010 and we got a 3 years renewal which is valid till Jan 2013. This renewed visa is not yet stamped on the person holding the H1-B visa. But it is stamped on mine(H4-B).
We left USA in March 2012. If another employer wants to sponsor our H1-B, do they have to wait till Jan 2014 or they can file it immediately?
Basically, when does our one year out-of-USA duration ends? When can we re-apply for H1-B with a new employer?
Help is truly appreciated. Waiting eagerly for some responses.
