L1 to H1 Rejected, Can I apply L1 Extn?

Me and my wife have valid L1 & L2 till Oct 2012. I applied L1 to H1 & L2 to H4 conversion this year and got a denial notice.

I have a Valid I-94 till 22 Sep 2014 and Valid L1 till 28th Oct 2012.
My Wife have Valid I-94 and L2 till 28th Oct 2012.

1) What is the possibility of approval, when I apply for L1, L2 Extension?
2) What is the possibility of approval, when I re-appealing my H1B Rejection?

Please advice.

There is no such thing as higher or lower probabilities/possibilities. Each case has to be looked individually. Unless a lawyer sees your case details it would be wrong to pass judgements. This is my opinion not legal advice.
