H1 VISA Expiring while re-entering US from INDIA

Hi,

I have to visit India in next few months for an urgent vacation. On the date of my return there would be 40 days remaining for my VISA to get expired. Please suggest and advice

- If there would be any issues while re-entering US at Port of Entry
- What all documents would be required
