That depends on what method your employer uses to send it.
So you mean consulate will give papers to my company in US? Then my US registered company sends it to Indian company? If that's the case then how does consulate gives papers to my company in US?

Your future US employer has filed the petition with USCIS. USCIS sends the approval notice to them. They will send it to you and you can use it to apply for the Visa at a consulate.
