Help needed regarding H1B visa

Hi All,

Currently i am working for a company say 'I' in India. Meanwhile i got an offer from a US firm who initiated H1 for me on April,2012. The petition is been approved very recently. Now, my question is..

What all challenges can i face during visa interview? (If it is through company 'I' i guess it will not be a problem. But this is through US firm directly, so i think i need to be more careful on how i got the offer etc. Please mention what challenges could i face during my visa interview)

What are the main points i need to have in my mind?

Any help regarding this is highly appreciated.
