Do not waste your time & money on B1 B2. They won't give it to you because of a pending I-130.
    http://www.immihelp.com/timings/processing-timings.html
check your processing times here. Current postings say VSC is processing
USC spouse I-130 dated march 12 06, so add to it consular visa processing
you can imagine about year's time from the date I-130 was filed.

You can apply for a K3 visa to wait for your gc in the US.
But first check with your embassy the processing times for K3; they could be long.

      ok peace
      thanks a lot
      i got your point
i opened the site and found the same
and my application is still pending
so i think i wont apply for b1- b2 now
i was just imagining to appply for it showing my c.s.a examination which is only in us nowhere else
      but now i wont
i think a year of my career is just wasted if i would have given my exam before marriage it would have been worthy
but i am totally frustated now

1)can you let me know pls that shuld i keep waiting now till my applcation online status says - processing

      2) in the mean time is there something called k-3 which my husband should do

this vermont center is like a tortoise i feel '
the california center i must say that works like a rabbit i just compared the two of them

      anyways owe you thanks

You can apply for K3 ; the processing is faster than actual immigrant visa but it may still take some months. This is how to do it.

Your spouse must have received Form I-797, Notice of Action, indicating that the USCIS has received the Form I-130. Your spouse should then file on your behalf a copy of this Form I-797 along with a USCIS Form I-129F to the following address:

        U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
        P.O. Box 7218
        Chicago, IL 60680-7218

The USCIS after adjudicating the Form I-129F forwards it to the appropriate American Consulate so that you can apply for the K3 visa.
