Can person from India study BS in nursing in USA on H4EAD? Since person on H4EAD doesn't require work visa and are eligible to work in any field, will it be possible for them to study on H4EAD with regular in-state fee? Please note person is in same state for more than 5 years, question is that on H4EAD one is eligible for in-state fee or they have to pay fees as international student?
