How to track airway bill no for premium delivery of passports from us consulate

After choosing a premium home delivery option for my US visa, I received a 11 digit tracking number for passport tracking.
All I can see is my passport is ready to pickup. Any idea how I may track using this 11 digit tracking number. I am already on the 7th day after my visa interview.

How did you track the status of your visa using the tracking number? I have opted for the same option (premium home delivery) of my student visa. I have my flight in next one week and the status on the website shows "Passport has been received from the consular section, and is currently being processed for delivery". I haven't received any tracking number as of now. My visa interview was on Wednesday (13th Dec 2017). Any information in this regard will be really helpful.
