After I-130...

I have been a permanent resident for 5yrs now and have filed the form N-400 last June 2006, but still waiting for my interview and decision. I just got married to a tourist visa fiance last month, then I filed the form I-130 for her as my wife. We also have received an I-797C, Notice of Action with a notice date Nov.8, 2006.
I would like to find out if I could file the form I-485 as well, so she can adjust her status or should I wait until I get my US citizenship or wait for a visa number to be come available (which I heard would take a long time). Also, am I better off consulting an immigration lawyer for this matter.

I am open for any help, suggestions.
