H1 B expires - Need to Travel to India Urgently
Hi,
I'm in H4. My hubby is in H1B. Our visa expires on Oct,2007. We have now cleared 140 in our GC porcessing. Is it safe if me (H4 holder) alone go to India at this situation? I'm going by July end and be back on Aug end. We still have one month(september) to apply for renewal as our visa expires on Oct 1,2007. But we afraid what if my entry back to US will be a problem as we heard that I-94 expires once we go out of the country?is it true?
Also if we apply for H1 renewal now there are also possiblities for it to get delayed which will affect my travel. What can be done in this situation?
Please advice in this regard. Anybody who have faced the same situation pls reply. Your reply is really appreciated
