Name change

This is with respect to name change. My name is Sarojini Priya. In my passport first name & last name are interchanged. All my certificates from India show 'Sarojini Priya', but since the passport has 'Priya Sarojini', my petition, visa application etc have the same as in the passport. Currently I am in the US on H1B visa. I have referred to your site for information on name change and I understand the process. I want to know how this process for name change will affect
1) My petition
2) Visa
3) I94
4) My stay here in the US

Please guide.
