CONDITIONAL PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS FOR ALIEN SPOUSES

My spouse has a petition (I-140) filed for a permanent residence visa.
We have been married for 3mths.
As a spouse, I will be applying for my greencard at the same time as her, based upon hers.
Although we apply for both greencards at the same time, will mine be subject to the 2yr conditional status? Or is the conditional status only applied to a spouse who appplies for a greencard when their partner is already a greencard-holder or US citizen?

The conditional status if for spouses of US citizens who got their GC through an immediate relative petition.
