My I-140 application shows online approval as of end of August, but I have not yet received the I797 in the mail (as of 10/10). I have submitted a service request RE: online wording that I should have received the notice by 09/06, but have still not gotten updates.

Can anyone with similar experiences share how this was handled?

11/07/19: USPS Notification of delivery to USCIS Dallas
11/27/19: Received text msg notice of receipt
11/29/19: Check cashed
12/03/19: Received I797 in mail- Notice date 11/27/19
12/07/19: Received fingerprint appointment notice
12/18/19: Fingerprint appointment date
03/11/2020: EAD/AP Approval
