We both agreed on divorce, no kids married 4 years. Since we had a mutual agreement, divorce is gonna be uncontested in our case. Currently, I'm filing a complaint for divorce and other forms that I've downloaded at onlinedivorcer service, and I have a couple of questions: because my wife got a dependent Greencard, apart from divorce settlement and standard divorce forms, is there any additional documents required?
