Deportation Case
Hello My Good Friends
I had Deportation in 2009. I did not go to my court date so I guess I had deportation. I have no criminal offence. I got caught at the airport in Arizona. I over stayed my Visa. My visa expired in 2001. I was here in tourist visa. If I merry US Citizen, Do I have any chance to stay here in USA legally? We been Boy friend and GF for about 6 month's. I got Pacemaker for my heart. I can use that reason for to reopen my case. I got scared to go back to my country because I would not find a Doctor for my Pacemaker.
If I can stay here legally here[/B], then can somebody help me what do I need to do? What are the chances to win the case?
Can someone send me the copy if somebody ever had seen case like this before please? Or Link to the link.
