Hello, i have an issue i would really REALLY need some help with.
Any way, i got married while i was on my J1 visa in USA and i left America and never registered my marriege in my country.
I am seperated since we got married (couple of months later) and we have never been living together or something.
He doesnt want to help me with anything and i cannot get divorced here because we didnt get married here and i cannot go back to america because he never filed for my green card.
Is there any way i can get divorced or get this marriege non valid because we never really where married?
Please anyone , if you have any ideas what i should do, i would appriciate any advice.
