Itin for indian citizen

I have company registered with the state of delaware. Im a indian citizen never been to United states. Im running a tech support in india and have a company registered withe state of delaware and my business bank account is also in delaware. Im also paying tax to US government and whn i transfer the money to india in my personal account, so do i also liable to pay indian tax as well.

Can i apply for ITIN also?

I don't understand why you are paying corporate taxes? What kind of company is it? LLC?
