Tax exemption for dependent parents on B1 who stayed for more than 180 days?

Hi, I am on H1 and have been staying in US since Feb 2012. My parents who are on B1/B2 visited me twice last year. That way they stayed with me for more than 180 days. Can I claim them as my dependents and file Itin for them? Back in my country they used to be my dependents as well.
