Getting USA tax returns from IRS when moved out of country

Hi,

I worked in USA last year on H1B for a period of 7 months and returned back to India for good. I do not have any bank account on my name in USA currently. Now when I calculate 2015 taxes I am going to get refund.

So my questions are:-

1. Can I give my friends/relatives bank account number in USA?Will IRS deposit to any bank account I provide, even though A/C is not on my name?
2. Can I give my India bank account number?
3. Can I ask IRS to mail physical check to my friends/relatives in USA?
4. Can I ask IRS to mail check to current India address ?

Please suggest what options I can avail to get the tax refund, as I no longer live or have bank account in USA.
