    Hello,

    I will be migrating to US this year on a family greencard. I have interesting paying international bank acoounts and would like to know if i need to declare the investments and interests earned while filing tax returns in the US as a resident?

    Yes, while filing the income tax returns, you will have to declare that income.

    Additionally, you will have to file FBAR application with US Treasury if the total of all foreign accounts is over $10,000 equivalent during any time in the year.
