Hi,
My spouse is on L1 and I am on L2 EAD. The consultant whom I work for approached me to take up corp to corp if I am looking to increase my hourly rates.
I had below concerns:
1. Which is better for someone on L2 EAD visa status - W2 or Corp to Corp
2. My spouse's visa is up renewal in March 2013. Will my changing W2 to corp to corp have any effect on his renewal?
3. If corp to corp is advisable for me, which is better - c-corp or s-corp?
