Hello, I am new to the E2 visa. I am a programmer and I work for a company already with H1-B visa which is recently expired. I am thinking of opening my own company. And working to the same company as a consultant. I make decent money annually and I have money saved about 40K. I can get another 10 or so from close family maybe a get business loan to cover E2 requirement. Is E2 feasible option for me or not? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you
