Hi all

I am on an E3D visa and applied for my EAD in April. Application was received on 26 April 2013 and I received my Notice of Action in the mail with the Receipt date as 29 April 2013.

I haven't received a Notice for Biometrics Appointment at all - do some people not have to have them?

I sent in an e-request today to find out whether I was supposed to get one and it got lost in the mail or something?

Any info/advice would be great!

Hi Munnzy,

Could you please advise if you finally received your EAD, without having done biometrics?

Did you have the E-3D prior to entry into the US, or did you apply to change your visa status once in the US?
