I have a question for I-129 part4, question 8. The question is "If you indicated you were filing a new petition in part 2 within the past 7 years, has any beneficiary in this petition a. Ever been given the classification you are now requesting?" I am applying for the extension of E-2 status in US. Do you know the answer is yes or no? I think the answer is yes because I am extending of E-2. If the answer is yes then what would be the explanation on page 7?
