Hi folks,
I have an E3 visa and work in Baltimore. I'm aussie, and my wife is Canadian.
My last day at the office is soon, so we intend to hit the US border at Buffalo and then instantly come back into the US to make a cross-USA trip up to Vancouver Canada.
Question: can I easily hit the US border, turn in my e3 visa papers - then instantly same-day come back into the US as a tourist, to allow us to drive up to canada over the next 6 days?
I'm not sure if there's a minimum period involved, from when you lose your E3 visa, to when you can come back into the States as a visitor
