Hi i would like to share my E3 visa interview it might help some one some day..
I got my Australian citizenship by naturalization...so had my passport on hand for the interview..found a employer who was ready to.sponsor me.My back.ground is mechnical.engineer but I am programing engineer..SAS ..so got a job in statistical engineer for a pharma company...my employer applied for LCA it got approved..i managed to collect all the document ..pay slip..exp letter ..tax return..bank details..ect...
I took my interview in perth even though i am.from Brisbane..many said in forum that perth is easier in terms of.approval rate..not sure..but i got.it applying through perth office
On the day of.interview..had all.the documents..was neverous still dona why lol
They just collected my passport..LCA..offer letter and my degree ..nothing else..even i tried to give more documents (which is a mistake) but they said no ...asked wait ..i waited for 5 min
Interviewer: who is employer can i see the offer letter
Me: showed the offer letter which was with here
Interviewer: she got my employer name.wrongly

Interviewer:How is sas related to u.how.do.u know abt SAS
Me: i explained here about my project which involved analysis skill.. she was fine with it
Interviewer: do u have any pervious exp.in this role ..how did u know this employer..
Me: I said a simple yes she never asked anything abt my current job or pervious job..and told i applied through job website
Interviewer:you will get your passport in 3 days have a good day
I took 5 min.for me thats all it was..dont show.fear..take.it.easy ..answere to the question.short and.simple...
