Hello,
In about 6 to 12 months I want to start thinking about applying for a USA Green Card under the EB-5 rules for investment by an Alien Entrepreneur.
From what I have read, if my application is successful, my wife and 9 year old son would be eligible to move with me. However, I have a 22 year old son who I would also want to move with us. How would that work?
