E2 Visa for Indian’s information please

Hi, sometime back I had posted regarding our L1A visa process and by bad luck we aren’t able to go ahead with that. We contacted several attorneys and they all suggested us E2 visa! Now we are in a state whether to go ahead or not. Firstly because it’s very expensive, second not really sure how the process works.

People in this forum, who have applied, or already in that category or under process please help us out. I need to know your experience and how it actually works and etc. Please do the needful.
