Hello. My whole family lives in US, my brother is the only one living overseas in England. He is over 30 years old, unmarried and a Polish citizen. Our parents are still permanent residents, they can apply for citizenship next year, however the process would take some time until my brother would get the green card. We are considering E2 investor visa but he does not have too much of his own money. We are willing to gift him around $50-60k to invest. Would that be sufficient to qualify for E2? Also, one of our family members is planning to sell their transportstion business, is it possible that my brother buy that company to qualify for E2?
Or maybe there is a better way for him to relocate to US and wait here until he can get the greencard through family petition?
