We are currently on an extension of status which expires June 1st 2023. We have a new LCA with appointments in March, but the LCA start date is late July. Can we re enter the USA in March with our new Visas? we will still be under our extension of status also. or could we enter on an ESTA. we have been in the USA for 6 years now and we are hoping to start a green card process later this year. any advice wil help
