E2 Visa Related Question.

Hi Everyone, I am looking to apply for E2 Visa and have some questions related to it.

I am looking to purchase a Convenient store which is located in State A. I will buy the corporation and show my investment that way. And apply for my E2 visa.

Once I get the E2 Visa, lets say I want to change my location to different state, can I use the corporation I purchased (on which my E2 visa are based on), and purchase another Convenience Store in different State and still keep my E2 Visa? Ofcourse I will sell my first Convenience Store and buy another in different state and move there, but use the same Corporation that I purchased to show my E2 Investment. That way I don' t have to reapply for E2 Visa. Does that work?

An E2 corp entity and the activity are 2 different things. The corp needs to be kept “alive” while the activity may change. HOWEVER any substantial changes would trigger having to go back to the US Embassy for a new E2 visa.
