  • L1-B white slip issued for me

    Hi folks,

On last firday i took the L1-b interview(5-oct-2012), after the interview tthe Visa officer issued me a white slip statind " Your blanket L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2(1)(II)(D) and INA 101(a)(15)(L)”

I am not sure what to do for this option, i sent a mail to the UStraveldocs still havent got response.

ANy one of you came accross such situation..?is there a possibility of getting the L1-b...?

Do i have to reapply for this cateogory...? if so may i know how long i have to wait ..? if not i can continue on the same case...?

your exp is much appericiated, if you wish to reach me do let me know..

    Thanks & Regards

    Sam..
Its clearly stated that your L1B is rejected. Search 214 in the forums and you will see many L1 rejected in recent times under this section. The reason could be manifold, most common being that the VO wasnt convinced of your specialized knowledge. In mostlikelihood, if you apply L1 B again in near future it will be rejected. Unless there is substantial change in your skill sets I would suggess you apply under L1 Individual or H1B category.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
