Client letter for L1B visa RFE

Hello All ,

I have an L1B extension and recieved an RFE , My employer is planning to give an client letter , My question is how helpful would a client letter be and what should be the content of it , please advice I am very tensed.

It all depends on the nature of the RFE. If the RFE sepcifically asks for client letter, providing the same will only help your case. But if RFE asks for say, evidenceof specialized skill sets etc., then client letter may or may not help. It certainly will not do any harm in providing it as a supplemental document. Fidn out from your lawyer, employer the nature of the RFE and work with them in providing whatever is asked for and hope for the best. Upgrading to premium will get decision much quicker and help you and your employer to decide in moving to H1 OR in case you need to leave US if your I-94 is already expired or about to expire.
