Hi ,

I have got some of the queries from US atorny by stating that my visa has got RFE status.
Which I have replies with all the required info including Org charts,detailed responsibilities and the deatils of my sub ordinates in US.
Now they had send back a reply that the mentioned us subordinates did not exists in US.

Can I send the updated PRD ,Og charts to the US atorney with the updated US subordinates?

do you mean you got a second RFE from USCIS or the question was raised by your attorney while reviewing the documents before submission to USCIS?
