L2 Visa Interview Location Criteria

Hi, My wife is currenlly on L2 visa, which is expired, but she has a valid i94. She is visiting India on November end and we want to apply for new L2 visa. I am on L1 blanket visa

Our permanent residence Address (mentioned also in passport) is in Guwahati, ASSAM, India.

My question was can she appear for L2 Visa ineterview in New Delhi? or She has to append ONLY in Kolkata?

L2 applicants can apply at any consulate in India.
