Decision of L1A

I had filed for L1 A visa and responded to the RFE under Premium processing. I saw a change of status saying : "On December 20, 2012, the review of your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was completed. You will be notified of the decision by mail". Its been 2 days since the change in status happened but our lawyer hasn't received anything. Since its the holiday season, I will have to wait atleast a week since most of them in attorney's office are out on holidays. Just want to see what this status means - is there any way to determine if its denied or approved?

Status went backwards

There seems to be a status change again and now it shows "Initial Review". The notes say that:
"On December 22, 2012, the 15-day Premium Processing clock stopped on your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. A notice was sent on this date explaining the specific reason for stopping the premium processing of your case. This notice will contain detailed information on further action required by you. Your premium processing receipt notice contains contact information for direct inquiries on your case."

At this point, I am not able to contact my lawyer, if they received any letter. But can someone please let me know why the status would go backwards to initial review? Does it mean the petition may be denied? Thanks.

What happened further on your case dear, in my case this status started coming on jan 17. I didnt get any updates since then.
