    Hi ,
I am currently on L1 B and it expires in June 2013.
Now my company is converting into L1 A in premium processing.

    I have the below questions.

    1. If I get an RFE in the conversion process , or if my petition is denied then do i need to go back to india immediately even though my L1B expires in June? Can you please tell my status in both the scenarios?
    2. If my L1 A approved then how soon my company can file GC for me under EB1 category? I assume that L1 A visa holders are eligible for EB1 filing. please correct me if i am wrong.

    Thanks

When is your L1B associated I-94 expiring? Assuming it is also expiring with your visa i.e. in June 2013,
    1. Even if L1A is denied you can stay till L1B I-94 is valid.
    2. As soon as your status changes to L1A.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
