My wife came here on L2 visa and later she converted ino H1
Her L2 and EAD is valid until june 2013
She needs to travel to india due to emergency
Now she wants to continue on L2 itself
Does she needs to get it re stamp from embassy or can she travel on her existing visa?
Also does she needs to re apply for EAD again?

She can return using the same Visa and then use the EAD until it expires, assuming you are maintaining L1 status.
