Can any one help me for the below question for my l1 B extension?

Q : We need to know why you, specifically, were selected for this project, what makes you unique among your peers with respect to your advanced or specialized skills or experience, how you aid in company financial success, reputation &/or transfer of knowledge, and why you are essential to the onsite team. Please provide any information that answers these questions (not already mentioned) here. Avoid using general statements, use 3rd person and provide complete sentences *

Q: Identify the tools (both company Internal/Client-related tools), Commonly used programming languages that you had utilized in executing your duties. Please do not provide generic explanation on the company proprietary tools, we need how you have utilized them specific to your project? Please do not detail anything that you previously provided in the questionnaire. Please respond to the question in a single paragraph *

These questions are pretty much self explanatory and the answer can only be provided by you and your employer as you should know about your skill sets and tools, processes, etc. that you use. I am sure there were previoud L1B in your organization who would have already answered same or similar questions.
