L1B to L2

HI All,

I entered US on L1B visa. Before the expiry of L1B my company filed extension and I received RFE on that. Due to some personal problems I didn't persued RFE and filed for L2 (My spouse is having valid L1B till Dec'13).

My L2 is applied in October '12 and I have not yet received any update on it. It has been more than 3 months. Is there a way to expediate the process or contact USCIS?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

L2 application can't be expedited, but if it is out of normal processing time, you may call USCIS.
