Hi,
my current L1A visa is expiring in May 2013. If my company applies for extension in US itself and if the decision comes as "rejected" before May 2013, can I still work as per existing visa till my I94 is valid or leave US within 1 week of receiving the reject confirmation ? This will help me in deciding when I should apply for extension.

They would generally put it in rejection notice if you need to leave immediately or by a certain date.
