    L1B Travel prior to visa expiry

    Hi,

    My visa expires on 22nd April and I need to visit India and return prior to the visa expiry..so if I return 3 weeks prior is it fine?

    Will I be able to board the plane or have any issues on immigration..is there any visa validity required to re-enter back in US.
