Administrative Processing on L1B for more than 5 weeks.

My case:-
B2 on JAN12 = Rejected
L1B on Nov12 = Rejected without any specific reason.
L1B on 31/12/12 = 221G....sent for AAP...... VO did not ask for any documents to submit.
Taken my passport and I797.

CEAC and VFS tracking systems showing same message since 3rd Jan13......
CASE CREATED DATE - 28/12/12
STATUS UPDATED DATE = 03/01/13

No status update after 3rd Jan 13.

Anyone help what they are checking?
How much time it will take?
Why they sent for AAP in DEC after refusing in NOV.

When L1 was rejected in Nov 2012 why the rush to apply again in Dec 2012? Did the situation/documentation change substantially in a Month?

L1Bs are not as easily granted as they used to be in the past. If you can post the Q&A with the VO during your L1 interviews in Nov and Dec, it might help point what they might be looking for.

1. Why applied again in DEC when rejected in NOV?.......................Because of some urgent project works in US office.

Nov 2012: -
1. Where are you going in US?
2. Where will you stay in US?
3. What will be your roles and responsibilities is US?

I answered very well.
After my answers, VO typed something and rejected visa without any reason.


DEC 2012: -
No questions this time......
VO asked: - It seems you came here several times. I have no problem to grant you visa but need to see in details, Please wait 10 minutes.
he taken my passport and I797 original.

I waited 3 hours there... no one called my name so finally I enquired on help desk.
Executive taken a copy of my appointment letter and went to a counter.

After few minutes he came back and gave me a case number (hand written on my appointment letter copy)
He asked "Your visa will go under necessary administrative processing, It will take 2-3 weeks.
You don't need to submit any documents. you can check visa status online."

No updates on CEAC and VFS after 3rd JAN-13

I think my case sent back to USCIS to review, what do you think?

Passport and Petition returned without visa.

Hi,

Today they returned my passport, I797 with a letter mentioned that....
"They are sending my L1B petition to USCIS to review because I failed to describe my job duties and the project will be working on".

I am not sure how they come to this even I answered all questions (very few asked) very well.


What will be the process now?
Now any hope for me to get visa?
How much time it will take?
Can I apply again using same petition I-797?

I will be very thankfull if someone clear my queries.
