L-1A or L-1B?

I am applying for L-1A Visa. I have total 4.5 years of work experience and i am working in the same organization right from the start of my professional carrier. I have MS Degree in Engineering. I am playing a role of Software Development Lead in my current role and will continue the same in my USA role.

Wanted to check if i am eligible for L-1A or i should apply for L-1B Visa?

There is high change that L1A is not approved in your case as the total experience and role does not justify it. Suggest to go for L1B if you have any specialized knowledge that is proprietary to your company. See thelink below for criteria.
