L2 Visa - Administrative processing - No slips provided

Hi All,

I have a query and hope someone can help me with some suggestions/advice.

- I attended L1A interview yesterday at chennai along with my Wife. Interview went pretty well and VO did not even ask a single ques to my wife and after a 2 min wait , he informed us that our visas are approved and we will receive our passports within next 4 business days.

- I went ahead and opted for premium courier processing and paid 600 INR at one of the other counters.

Now when I check the visa status on their website , below is the status :

My visa : Issued ( status as on 11-Apr-2013 )
My Wife's visa : "Administrative processing ( status as on 10-Apr-2013 )

Am confused as to what kind of background check they need to do now as the VO at the time of the interview did not raise any concerns.

Did your wife's visa get approved. What was the timeline? My wife's visa is also under processing while mine is approved.
